What happens when I place an order?Your order notification is sent to the shop manager, Ciaran. During business hours he will then send you a series of 3 emails. Look out for 'shop@gearcave.co.za' 1st. Letting you know the order has been received and he is packing it. (He will also state if there is any delay, such as stock availability) 2nd. Informs you the courier has been notified. 3rd. The courier has collected and your item and it is on route. Gear Cave uses The Courier Guy

Who is Gear Cave affiliated with?Gear Cave is affiliated with: Venture Forth International (est. 1994) & Wild Medix (est. 2004) Gear Cave is the physical and online shop by where Venture Forth & Wild Medix sell their respective stock. (adventure and medical gear)

Refund or Return?After receiving your order you have 15 days to return the item(s) you would like refunded. Upon returning please have your proof of purchase email ready. After discussing the issue with the shop manager you can have your item(s) refunded or exchanged for something of equal value. Please note that as far as possible the packaging of the item(s) you are returning needs to be intact for a smooth refunding process. Alternatively you can be issued with store credit which can be used at a later stage.

Can't find the item you are looking for?Send an email to the shop manager enquiring about the product you would like to get hold of: shop@gearcave.co.za For now our website displays a limited range. With that being said we can get hold of almost any product of the brands that we stock.
